The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT), in collaboration with AOTS and METI Japan, cordially invites executives/managers of companies, industrial associations, and government agencies to apply for the Training Program on Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD).

Participants will learn Best Practices from leading Japanese companies and build strong Thai–Japanese business networks.

• Study the best practices of Japanese companies and relevant government policies
• Strengthen collaboration between Thai and Japanese industries

👤 Eligibility Criteria

1. Executives and/or managers of Thai companies with at least 50% Thai ownership, or industrial associations in relevant sectors (electronics, electrical appliances, automotive) that are connected to or conducting business with Japanese companies. Applicants should play a key role in implementing RBC in their organizations and be able to transfer knowledge to their staff and industry.
2. Representatives of ECOT and/or industrial associations.
3. Government officials directly responsible for promoting RBC.
4. Thai nationality and residency in Thailand.
5. Age between 20–65 years (on the start date of the program).
6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
7. Good physical health and able to participate in an intensive training program in Japan.

💰 Costs

All expenses are fully covered (airfare, accommodation, meals, daily allowance, and travel insurance sponsored by METI & AOTS).
