📢 ECOT Explores AI Applications for HR
Preparing to Advance Thailand’s Digital Workforce

The Employers' Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) sent a representative to participate in the academic seminar titled “AI and Its Role in HR Development,” organized by the Digital Development Foundation (DDF).

The seminar took place on Friday, 27 February 2025, from 09:00–15:00 hrs. at the Convention Hall, 6th Floor, Premium Building, Mahachai 2 Hospital.

She attended the event to explore practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource (HR) management and to strengthen collaboration networks in the development of Thailand’s Digital Workforce.

Participants mainly consisted of executives and HR professionals from government agencies, private sector organizations, and labor-related institutions.

The seminar featured knowledge-sharing sessions and hands-on workshops demonstrating practical AI applications for HR, including:

▪ Microsoft Copilot for summarizing information, analyzing documents, and preparing reports
▪ Gamma AI for creating structured PowerPoint presentations quickly and efficiently
▪ Suno AI for generating music and motivational content for internal communication and organizational engagement
▪ Practical workshops that provided participants with concrete approaches for integrating AI into HR processes

During the session, Ms. Kamonlada Soratana also shared a testimonial on the benefits of AI after completing the training:

“AI can significantly improve work efficiency, reduce time spent on document preparation, and open new perspectives for developing digital skills within organizations.”

She also discussed potential collaboration in promoting the ‘AI for Thai Workforce’ initiative to expand opportunities across labor networks and ECOT member organizations.

These initiatives aim to strengthen the digital competency of executives and employees in Thai organizations.
