Objectives

1. To enhance employers’ knowledge and understanding of relevant laws on integrating migrant workers into the social security system.
2. To provide information on social security benefits for migrant workers, such as medical treatment, maternity, disability, and old-age pension.
3. To explain legal risks and penalties for non-compliance.
4. To promote responsible and sustainable business practices and strengthen corporate image.
5. To introduce the proper legal procedures for registering migrant workers in the social security system.

• Presentations by representatives from the Social Security Office, ILO, and ECOT
• Real-life case sharing from employers and migrant workers
• Q&A and open discussion
