📣 ECOT Sends Thai Employer Delegates to RBC Training in Japan

The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) convened a Pre-departure meeting on 24 November 2025 (Hybrid) to prepare 13 Thai delegates ahead of their participation in the Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) training program in Tokyo, Japan, scheduled for 4–10 December 2025.

This initiative marks a major step toward elevating Thai business and labor standards to an international level, with the goal of empowering delegates to transfer knowledge gained from Japan back to Thai industries for practical enhancement and long-term development.

RBC is a modern business framework that enables organizations to:

 ✔ Improve competitiveness in both domestic and international markets

ECOT will provide full support throughout the program and has set up a dedicated LINE communication group for continuous updates during the training period.
