The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) extends its sincere appreciation to the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour,
for the courtesy visit and presentation of a New Year gift basket to Dr. Sopon Pornchokchai,
President of the Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Information Center,
Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd.,
and Vice President of the Employers’ Confederation of Thailand.

The visit was led by Mr. Somas Phatmasukon,
Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour,
together with Mr. Kerkkrai Nasamont, Legal Advisor,
and Mr. Apisak Kaewsungnoen, Director of the Legal Division,
Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour, and delegation.

The courtesy visit and New Year gift presentation took place at Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd.,
on the occasion of the New Year 2026.

This meeting reflects the strong relationship and close cooperation between the public and private sectors
in driving workforce skill development, enhancing human capital capacity,
and supporting Thailand’s labour system and economy
towards stable, resilient, and sustainable long-term growth.
