ECOT | Advancing the Protection of Migrant Workers and Enhancing Workplace Safety

Representatives of the Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT)
participated in a workshop organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO)
on the topic “Promoting Access to the Workmen’s Compensation Fund and Workplace Safety for Migrant Workers.”

The workshop was held on Wednesday, 4 February 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
at Novotel Marina Sriracha Hotel, Chonburi Province.

The meeting aimed to strengthen knowledge, understanding, and awareness
 among both employers and migrant workers, particularly regarding
 access to the Workmen’s Compensation Fund and the creation of safe working environments,
 which are key elements of social protection and decent work.
