ECOT Participates in Focus Group to Promote the Use of e-Contract for Government and SMEs

On Thursday, 26 February 2026, from 13:00 to 16:00,
the Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) sent its advisory representatives to participate in a Focus Group discussion under the pilot initiative on the implementation of e-Contract for electronic contracts between the government and the private sector (SMEs).

The meeting was held at Le Lotus 2 Meeting Room, Jubilee Prestige Hotel, Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok.

The ECOT representatives attending the session were:

1. Mr. Bavornsak Klaharn
2. Mr. Thanaboon Saiwong

The objective of the meeting was to gather feedback from the business sector on the draft e-Contract user manual, with the aim of ensuring its practical application. The initiative is expected to enhance convenience, transparency, and efficiency in contract management while supporting the Digital Transformation of Thailand’s business sector, particularly for SMEs.
