📢 Expanding Thai Leadership Perspectives to the Global Stage | ECOT Sends Member Representatives to Mid-Level Leadership Training in Japan
The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) has sent three representatives from its member companies to participate in the “Mid-Level and Leadership Management Training Program.”
The program is organized by BREXA CrossBorder, Japan, with support from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan (MHLW).
👤 ECOT member representatives selected for the program include:
▪ Mr. Atsadang Rattanathamrong – TBKK (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
▪ Ms. Thiansin Piriyawong – Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
▪ Ms. Nichapa Wongsricha – M-TEK Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
📍 The training was held at Osaka Lifelong Learning Center, Japan
📅 2–10 February 2026
🗣️ English was used as the main language of instruction.
The program featured Mr. Katsunori Nakajima, a leadership development expert and the only certified Master of The Leadership Challenge in Japan, as the main speaker. He shared valuable insights on modern leadership, building effective teams, and developing organizational talent.

✨ Participants’ Impressions
Ms. Thiansin Piriyawong from Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd. shared that the program was a valuable opportunity to learn modern leadership approaches inspired by Japanese practices, which emphasize attention to detail. He also appreciated the opportunity to exchange perspectives with participants from various countries and expressed his appreciation for the professional coordination by ECOT and BREXA.
Meanwhile, Mr. Atsadang Rattanathamrong from TBKK (Thailand) Co., Ltd. noted that the program was well organized in terms of travel arrangements, accommodation, and overall coordination. The sessions on Human Resource Management (HR) were particularly insightful, allowing participants from different countries to exchange experiences. One shared challenge discussed was managing Generation Gap issues in the workplace.
Ms. Nichapa Wongsricha from M-TEK Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. expressed her strong impression of the program, highlighting the excellent organization and professional care provided to participants. She also noted Japan’s high level of safety, which created a comfortable learning environment. The interactive training style encouraged participants from different countries to exchange ideas openly, making the learning experience both engaging and enriching. She added that the program was highly valuable and expressed hope that similar initiatives will continue to be supported in the future.
