🚨 “Is Thailand facing a labour skills shortage… or is the world of work changing too fast?”
As AI, automation, and the digital economy continue transforming the global labour market,
how can Thailand prepare its workforce for the future?
📌 The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT)

📍 Meeting Room, 10th Floor, 10-Storey Office Building, Department of Skill Development, Bangkok

“Having a workforce equipped with future-ready skills.”
ECOT remains committed to advancing Thailand’s workforce development to strengthen national competitiveness and support sustainable economic growth.
