📢 The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) Continues Advancing Sustainable Labour Standards in Thailand
On Thursday, 7 May 2026, at 9:30 a.m.,
the Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) assigned
Mr. Ukrit Kanchanaket, Senior Advisor of ECOT and Employers’ Representative,
to participate in the 2/2026 Meeting of the Working Committee on the Evaluation of Outstanding Establishments in Labour Relations and Labour Welfare for the Year 2026.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pongthep Petchsom, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, and was held at Prof. Nikhom Chandravithu Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare.
This meeting focused on reviewing and summarizing the evaluation results of participating establishments under the assessment process conducted by tripartite representatives comprising employers, employees, and government sectors.
The meeting plays an important role in promoting “good labour relations” and “quality labour welfare,” which are essential foundations of organizations and key factors in strengthening the sustainable competitiveness of Thailand’s business sector.
ECOT remains committed to supporting tripartite cooperation among the government, employers, and workers in order to further enhance Thailand’s labour standards toward balanced, stable, and sustainable growth.
