The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) cordially invites executives and senior Industrial Relations (IR) / Human Resource (HR) managers to apply for an international training scholarship program organized by The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), Japan.

✨ Training Options
Applicants may choose ONE of the following formats:

1. Hybrid Program
   (Online Training + On-site Training in Japan)
2. Full Online Program

• Full scholarship subject to AOTS terms and conditions
• Support for airfare, accommodation, meals, travel insurance, personal allowance of JPY 8,000, and local transportation expenses in Japan in accordance with AOTS regulations
• Enhance knowledge and skills in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from a global perspective
• Network with executives and professionals from various countries

📌 Eligibility Requirements
• Senior executives or management-level professionals
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and/or Human Resource Management (HRM)
• Aged 30 years or above
• Good command of English
