ECOT Joins Hands to Develop Workplace Trainers and Supervisors, Strengthening Thai Organizations to “Train Effectively” 

The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT), in collaboration with V-Serve Academic Institute, Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization), and a team of trainers from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, organized the workshop training program “Enhancing the Potential of Workplace Trainers and Supervisors in Enterprises” Batch 1.

The training was held on 4–5 and 8–9 June 2026 at V-Serve Academic Institute, MD Tower, 20th Floor, Bangna.

The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Ekasit Kunanantakul, President of ECOT, who delivered the welcome remarks, and Ms. Jullada Meejul, Director of Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization), who presided over the opening ceremony.

Also joining the ceremony were Lt. (R) Dr. Thanet Sorat, ECOT Board Member and Vice Chairman of V-Serve Group Co., Ltd., Mr. Siripong Intavadee, ECOT Advisor, together with executives and team members from Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization) and the team of trainers from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.

This program aims to develop the essential skills of workplace trainers and supervisors, enabling them to analyze training needs, plan instructional activities, transfer knowledge, evaluate learning outcomes, and apply practical techniques in real workplace settings. The goal is to enhance workforce capabilities and strengthen the competitiveness of Thai organizations.

Because sustainable organizational growth begins with people who are ready to learn — and supervisors who can “train effectively.”
