ILO and ECOT Coordinate Cooperation to Prepare Activities Promoting Human Rights and Labour Rights in Chonburi Province

On the afternoon of Friday, 22 May 2026, the International Labour Organization (ILO), together with the Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT), paid a courtesy visit to meet and coordinate cooperation with the Chief of the Chonburi Provincial Office of Labour Protection and Welfare at the Chonburi Provincial Office of Labour Protection and Welfare.

The discussion aimed to prepare for seminars and workshop activities to promote knowledge, understanding, and awareness of human rights, labour rights, decent work, social protection, equality in the workplace, and the strengthening of social dialogue among relevant stakeholders.

On this occasion, ECOT representatives included:

The ECOT representatives joined the discussion to support the promotion of good practices in responsible business conduct, as well as to advance labour rights and workers’ quality of life in the industrial sector in a sustainable manner.
