📢 Applications Now Open for the AOTS 2026 International Training Program in Japan

The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) invites employers’ organizations and ECOT member companies to nominate qualified candidates for the following program:

🔴 ERWM Program
The Program on Occupational Safety and Health Management and Work Environment Improvement

This program is designed for executives, officers, and professionals in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) who wish to learn about Japanese approaches to occupational safety and health management and workplace environment improvement.

📌 Training Schedule

💻 Phase 1: Online Training
2–3, 8, 9 and 10 December 2026

🇯🇵 Phase 2: Training in Japan
10–16 February 2027
📍 Tokyo Kenshu Center (TKC), Tokyo, Japan

✨ Program Highlights
• Learn from Japanese experts and distinguished professionals
• Company visits
• Learn best practices in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
• Workshops on Mental Health, Teamwork Environment, and Materials Handling
• Develop and present an Action Plan

✈️ AOTS Support
Subject to the terms and conditions of the program, AOTS will provide:
• Round-trip economy-class airfare
• Accommodation and meals during the stay in Japan
• Domestic transportation expenses in Japan in accordance with AOTS regulations
• Overseas travel insurance

👥 Number of Participants: Approximately 15

Each employers’ organization may nominate up to two candidates. Final selection will be made by AOTS.

All application documents must be submitted to ECOT by Friday, 16 October 2026.
