ECOT Opens Applications for the AOTS ERHR2 Program – FY2026

Enhance Your Professional Expertise in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management Through International Learning Opportunities with AOTS, Japan

The Employers' Confederation of Thailand (ECOT) is pleased to invite executives, managers, and human resource professionals to apply for:

The Program on Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management-2 (ERHR2)

Organized under the AOTS Employers' Organizations Cooperation Program.

This program aims to enhance participants' knowledge and practical skills in Industrial Relations (IR), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Human Resource Development (HRD) while providing valuable opportunities for international knowledge sharing, professional networking, and the exchange of experiences.

Training Options

Applicants may choose between two training formats:

Option A: Online Training + Training in Japan

• Online Training: January 6–8 and 13–14, 2027 (20 hours)
• Training in Japan: February 3–9, 2027
• Arrival in Japan: February 2, 2027
• Departure from Japan: February 10, 2027

Option B: Full Online Training

• Participate in the entire training program online from Thailand (40 hours).
• Training begins on January 6–8 and 13–14, 2027, with additional sessions scheduled by AOTS.
• No travel to Japan is required.

Benefits of the Full Online Training Option

• Simplified application procedures with fewer required documents.
• Extended maximum applicant age of 55 years.
• Applicants who have participated in AOTS programs within the past five years are eligible to apply.
• Access to recorded training sessions for later review.
• A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who meet the program requirements and submit the required Action Plan.
• Participation in the Full Online Training option will not affect eligibility to apply for future AOTS programs conducted in Japan. However, participants are not permitted to attend the same program again within five years.

Applicant Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Be junior- to middle-level executives, managers, or professionals specializing in IR, HRM, or HRD.
• Have more than two years of relevant professional experience.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree.
• Have sufficient English language proficiency to participate effectively in the training.
• Be 25–50 years old for Option A.
• Be no older than 55 years for Option B (Full Online Training).

ECOT Nomination Quotas

ECOT may nominate a maximum of:

• Option A: 2 applicants
• Option B: 3 applicants

Important Dates

November 16, 2026
Deadline for submitting completed applications and supporting documents to ECOT.

December 7, 2026
Scheduled announcement of selection results by AOTS.

Important Note: Nomination by ECOT does not guarantee selection. AOTS reserves the right to make the final selection of participants.

Applicants are required to complete Application Form A or Application Form B, depending on their preferred training option, and submit all supporting documents as specified by AOTS.
