Program Objective:

To provide participants with a deep understanding of Japan’s labor-management consultation system and apply the knowledge gained to their own workplace upon returning to their home country.

Online Seminar (Webinar):
One 90-minute session in October 2025

Recorded Video Learning:
360 minutes total (4 sessions x 90 minutes)
To be completed by 30 November 2025
(Includes a comprehension test)

In-Person Seminar in Japan:
2–5 December & 8 December 2025

Duration of Stay:
1–9 December 2025

Vietnam (3), Thailand (2), Bangladesh (2), Cambodia (2), Malaysia (2), Nepal (2), Sri Lanka (2)

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Be a manager or specialist of an employers’ organization or a member company involved in international labor-related activities

Be between 25 and 60 years old on the first day of the seminar

Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year university program)

Be recommended by both their employers’ organization and their company

Be able to attend the entire seminar and fulfill the following:

Prepare an Action Plan on the final day of the program

Submit a Progress Report to BREXA Cross Border after returning home

Submit an Organization Evaluation Form after returning

Apply the lessons learned in their workplace

Have a clear plan to share the experience with their employers’ organization


Be physically and mentally healthy to join the program
(Pregnant applicants are not eligible)

If having a history of serious illness or undergoing treatment, a doctor’s approval letter is required

Must not be a full-time student or military personnel

Terms & Conditions:

BREXA Cross Border will arrange round-trip economy-class airfare and provide e-tickets

Flights will be arranged to arrive 1 day before and depart 1 day after the program

Participants may not alter their travel route, travel class, or travel dates

Participants may not stay with family, friends, or business partners during the program

Participants must attend all lectures, discussions, visits, and formal events as scheduled by BREXA Cross Border

Selection Process:

Selection will be based on application documents.
BREXA Cross Border will notify employers’ organizations and selected candidates by Friday, 29 August 2025 at the latest

Covered Expenses by BREXA Cross Border:

Round-trip airfare (economy class) between participant’s country and Japan

Transportation between Narita (or Haneda) Airport and the hotel

Daily allowance (cash):

3,000 yen for each of the arrival and departure days (2 days)

4,000 yen per day for 7 days of the stay

Total allowance: 34,000 yen


Accommodation for 8 nights (1–8 December 2025)

Travel insurance for the entire stay in Japan

Postal fees, passport issuance fees, vaccination fees, visa-related fees, health checkups, domestic transportation, etc.
