ECOT, AOTS and ECONTHAI Jointly Organize a Practical Training Program

“Transforming HR into a Strategic Partner with the Power of Generative AI”

24–25 November 2026, 09:00–17:00 hrs.
The Emerald Hotel, Bangkok

As Artificial Intelligence continues to play an increasingly important role in business management, the role of HR can no longer be limited to personnel administration alone. HR professionals are now expected to connect business strategy, people development, and organizational outcomes in a systematic and practical way.

The Employers’ Confederation of Thailand (ECOT), in collaboration with The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) and the Employers’ Confederation of Thai Trade and Industry (ECONTHAI), is pleased to invite executives, managers, and HR professionals to participate in this two-day practical training program:

“Transforming HR into a Strategic Partner with the Power of Generative AI”

The program focuses on the practical application of Generative AI in HR and people development. Rather than simply explaining what AI is, the course provides participants with hands-on learning opportunities, from connecting organizational strategy with people development to creating development plans that can be further applied within their own organizations.

What Participants Will Learn

  • Interpret organizational strategy and define Talent Profiles with the support of AI
  • Analyze job roles and Competencies at different organizational levels
  • Design a systematic and measurable T&D Framework (Training & Development Framework)
  • Develop Development Roadmaps for different levels and individual employees
  • Use AI to support the evaluation and improvement of people development programs
  • Learn from Thai Case Studies
  • Participate in a Group Workshop and develop an Action Plan for further application within the organization

This program will provide participants with practical approaches to using AI to reduce time-consuming work processes, improve the systematic analysis and planning of people development, and strengthen HR’s ability to become a true Strategic Partner of the organization.
